What are BagTagz?

BagTagz are two-sided, custom-printed woven polyester fabric tags with a seatbelt-style feel. They attach to backpacks, sports bags, and other gear with a cable loop.

What size are standard custom BagTagz?

The standard finished custom BagTagz size is 2 inches wide by 9.5 inches long. Specialty products may differ; check the specific product or ask Julie.

Are they just for cheerleading?

No. We create BagTagz for sports teams, schools, clubs, businesses, events, fundraisers, celebrations, and personal gifts.

Can you use our logo and colors?

Yes. Share your logo, colors, team or organization name, and ideas. We help develop the artwork and send a proof for approval before production.

Can you print both sides?

Standard custom BagTagz include full-color artwork on both sides. Tell us what you would like on the front and back.

Can each person have their own name or number?

Yes. Tell us which names or numbers you want included. For group orders, supply a clean roster or CSV and carefully review the final personalized proof.

Do I need finished artwork?

No. Bring your idea, logo, colors, or inspiration and we can help develop the design.

How do I submit finished artwork?

For the Custom BagTagz — Let’s Create Yours product, send front and back as separate portrait files at 600 × 2,850 pixels, using the 2:9.5 (4:19) aspect ratio. PNG is preferred; a high-quality JPG is also acceptable. We review the files and send a proof before production.

Can I order one custom BagTagz?

Yes. The Custom BagTagz — Let’s Create Yours product lets you select the quantity and check out. For team or bulk orders, contact Julie so she can quote the right program.

How do I start a team or group order?

Tell us your organization or team, estimated quantity, number of different designs, whether individual names or numbers are needed, your in-hand date, and delivery city/state. Share artwork or inspiration if available. You can use our Custom BagTagz Information page or email Julie at julie@simplesigns.biz.

What are the current cheer gym packages?

Our published gym packages are 125 custom BagTagz for $500 shipped with one custom team design included, or 250 for $1,000 shipped with two custom team designs included. These are gym packages, not the price for an individual retail custom tag. Julie confirms the details of your order.

What do extra designs and names cost for a gym package?

For the gym package, additional unique team designs are $30 each, and individual-name personalization adds $5 per personalized tag. Tell Julie the quantity and design count so she can confirm your total.

Can a smaller gym order fewer than 125?

Tell Julie your quantity and number of designs so she can provide the right quote. Smaller orders and customer-specific offers are quoted separately; a price given to another gym does not automatically apply.

What does a large order cost?

Pricing depends on the quantity, number of designs, personalization, and program. Share those details with Julie for a quote. Retail product prices and gym package prices apply to their specific products or offers.

Can we have different designs for different teams?

Yes. Tell us how many teams or unique designs you need and the quantity for each. Included design counts and additional-design charges depend on your quoted program.

Will we see a proof first?

Yes. We send artwork for review and approval before production. Check spelling, names, numbers, dates, logos, and the front and back carefully. Reply with your approval or requested changes.

Can we change artwork or a name after approving?

Contact Julie promptly with the order number and requested change. She will check the production stage and confirm whether it is still possible and whether it affects cost or timing.

How long does a custom order take?

Turnaround depends on the project and production schedule. Give Julie the date you need the order in hand so she can confirm the timeline. Artwork development, production, and shipping are separate parts of that timeline.

Can you guarantee delivery before our event or take a rush order?

Julie needs to check the design requirements, production schedule, and shipping options first. Share your quantity, delivery location, and in-hand date. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery commitment.

How do payment and production work?

For the individual custom product, place the order through checkout, share your design details, and approve the emailed proof. For quoted group orders, Julie confirms the payment arrangements. Custom production follows artwork/order approval and the applicable payment requirements.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in the published $500 and $1,000 gym packages. For other orders, use the checkout shipping options or the shipping amount in Julie’s quote. We confirm special delivery requirements separately.

Can I pick up locally or ship internationally?

Contact Julie with your location and order details so she can confirm pickup or shipping arrangements for your order.

Where is my order?

Use Track my order in the store chat, or sign in when prompted for an order lookup. For a custom production update that is not shown in the order status, contact Julie with your order number.

Can I return a custom printed item?

Our published refund policy states that custom printed items are non-refundable. If something arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us with your order number, a description, and photos so our team can review it.

What if a name is wrong or an item is missing?

Send Julie the order number, the affected name or item, a short description, and a clear photo where relevant. She will review the order and approved proof and confirm the next step.

Can we reorder a previous design?

Send Julie your previous order number or organization/team name, new quantity, any changes, and your in-hand date. She will confirm the artwork, pricing, and timeline for the reorder.

Can BagTagz be used for a fundraiser?

Yes. Tell Julie about your organization, estimated quantity, design ideas, and fundraising plan. She will confirm the current program, pricing, and fulfillment arrangements for your project.

What loop colors can I buy?

See the current BagTagz Metal Loopz product for its available variants and prices. A separately purchased colored loop is different from the black cable loop included with the standard custom product. Ask Julie about custom-order loop requests.

How should I wash or care for BagTagz?

Contact Julie for care guidance for your specific product.
